Senior Data Analyst

Seeking a proactive and strategically minded Senior Data Analyst, this full-time position will work remotely to leverage product and marketing analysis, uncover insights, and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, directly contributing to revenue and market expansion goals. Key responsibilities: Lead data initiatives across cross-functional teams to ensure growth metrics are measurable and aligned with enterprise objectives Conduct root cause investigations on metric shifts and translate findings into actionable narratives that inform product strategy Design and standardize analytical frameworks for evaluating product growth and user behavior, facilitating a repeatable investigation process Required qualifications: 3-5+ years of experience in a quantitative analytical role within a B2B or B2C SaaS or subscription-based business model Expert-level SQL skills and strong experience with product analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Amplitude) and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely) Proficiency in Python and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is recommended Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as analytics, business, math, statistics, economics, or computer science; Master's degree is a plus Solid understanding of statistical measures, including p-values, confidence intervals, and causal inference
