RN Pediatric Health Care Case Manager — Child Welfare

Rutgers University seeks a Health Care Case Manager (Registered Nurse) for the Morris East Local Office in Morris Plains, NJ, to support the DCF/CP&P health care needs for children in out-of-home placement. Duties include enrolling children in managed care, coordinating with medical homes, planning child health care with providers, and connecting families to resources and services. Required: NJ RN license, BSN or health-related degree, 1–2 years pediatric clinical experience, BLS, and NJ #J-18808-Ljbffr Rutgers University
