Passage Health is a fast-growing Series A startup on a mission to improve the quality and accessibility of autism care through technology. Autism diagnosis rates have surged over the past decade to 1 in 31 children, yet families still face waitlists of up to a year for care as providers—hampered by antiquated technology and manual workflows—struggle to meet surging demand.

We’re building the platform that modernizes how autism care providers work—from clinical documentation to operations to billing—transforming how care is delivered and scaling access across a $460B market.

Over the past year, Passage has grown more than 3x, driven by strong customer demand and expanding partnerships across the autism care ecosystem. As we scale, we’re focused on building durable foundations—the systems, processes, and decision-making needed to support long-term growth.

What you’ll be doing

As an early Product Manager, you’ll help shape product decisions and drive our development lifecycle from research through delivery. You’ll work directly with product, design, and engineering, alongside stakeholders across the company and our customers. We’re looking for collaborative, pragmatic, and ambitious PMs who want to make a real impact on providers and patients alike.

You’ll take ownership across many parts of our product—clinical care delivery, scheduling, billing, practice management, AI, and more—and help define and grow the product team. Expect opportunities to learn, grow, and take on responsibilities well beyond this job description. This role is NYC hybrid, requiring 2–3 days per week in office.

• Shape both long-term product strategy and near-term execution.

• Research, plan, build, and iterate on our product.

• Improve care for patients and providers by developing a world-class EMR.

• Create and refine product processes that let us ship quickly without sacrificing quality—including research, planning, and documentation.

• Amplify your teammates’ impact through strong collaboration.

• Own the full product lifecycle: research, solution ideation, and execution (sprint planning, retrospectives, QA).

• Build deep knowledge of our business and industry to inform sharp product decisions.
