Role: Legal & Product Structuring Attorney, VP Employer: Major Alternative Investment Manager Experience Desired: 6+ years Our client, one of the world's most prestigious asset managers, is seeking a mid-level attorney to work on a variety of legal matters relating to the formation and ongoing operations of multi-strategy funds, including hedge funds, hybrid funds, and funds of hedge funds. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of private fund formation experience with a top-tier law firm and/or multi-strategy fund.
