Assignment Details Day Shift Hospital-provided scrubs No floating required Why Join Domnovate Healthcare 401(k) with Company Match Travel & Housing Assistance (where applicable) Dedicated Clinical Recruiter Support Opportunities at Top Healthcare Facilities Nationwide Expand Your Cardiac Cath Lab Experience Schedule & Call Requirements Day Shift 40 hours per week On-call required Four weekday call shifts One weekend call rotation (Friday-Sunday) One on-call weekend per month One summer holiday and one winter holiday on-call rotation No floating to other departments What You\'ll Do As a Cardiac Cath Lab RN, you\'ll provide specialized nursing care before, during, and after cardiovascular procedures while collaborating closely with physicians and the Cath Lab team. Your responsibilities include Perform comprehensive patient assessments before cardiac procedures. Prepare patients for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. Circulate during cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures. Monitor patient status throughout procedures and respond rapidly to clinical changes. Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI) Pacemaker Insertions Pulmonary Embolism Interventions Manage patients requiring advanced hemodynamic support devices, including: Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) Provide post-procedure monitoring, recovery, and patient education. Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records. Promote evidence-based practice, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives. Required Experience Minimum 1 year of recent Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience 2 years preferred Required Clinical Skills Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) Pacemaker insertion procedures Pulmonary Embolism intervention cases Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is highly desirable: Critical Care / ICU EPIC Electronic Medical Record Mac-LAB Sensis Education Required : Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) Preferred : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Licensure & Certifications Active New Jersey RN License or Multi-State Compact RN License Current BLS (AHA) Current ACLS (AHA) Telemetry competency/certification Ideal Candidate \u2018You\'re an experienced Cath Lab nurse who:\u2019 Thrives in high-acuity procedural environments Demonstrates excellent clinical judgment under pressure Communicates effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams Is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care Why You\'ll Love Working with Domnovate Healthcare At Domnovate Healthcare, we connect exceptional clinicians with premier healthcare facilities across the country.
