Position Overview This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced grooming environment requiring strong animal handling skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. We are a team‑oriented, no‑drama workplace where professionalism, respect, and reliability are required. Responsibilities Bathing dogs of all breeds and sizes Drying, brushing, and de‑shedding Safe handling and restraint of dogs Client check‑in/check‑out and customer service Basic appointment scheduling Cleaning kennels and grooming areas throughout the day End‑of‑day cleaning: vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting workspaces General kennel duties as needed Comfortable working around shop cats Requirements Minimum 5 years professional experience in a grooming shop (dog bathing/grooming assistant role) Experience handling all breeds, including large dogs Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented Must have reliable personal transportation Able to work in a fast‑paced, detail‑focused environment Work Environment We maintain a professional, team‑based, no‑drama workplace focused on quality animal care and client service.
