Bonuses are given for picking up extra shifts. Open Shifts Full Time: 9pm-9am with every other weekend. Clinton Manor is partially an ICF/DD home for individuals with developmental disabilities and high medical needs. A Direct Support Professional (DSP) supports residents in their everyday living skills such as bathing, dressing, feeding, restroom assistance, and social activities. Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting. Support residents in daily living tasks and encourage independence. Provide companionship and facilitate social activities. Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations. Follow facility policies and procedures to ensure safety and quality of care. Qualifications Current or willingness to obtain DSP certification. Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
