Job Summary
Labor and Delivery Nurse (L&D) The organization is seeking a dedicated labor and delivery registered nurse to provide patient care in a high-acuity environment. This position involves supporting women through the childbirth process, including high-risk deliveries, and requires collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Position Description: The role involves delivering specialized nursing care in a labor and delivery setting, managing high-risk pregnancies, and supporting mothers during labor and postpartum.
• Required Qualifications: One (1) year recent (within the last three years) full-time equivalent experience; graduation from an accredited nursing program; licensure as a Registered Nurse (in the state where care is provided); Basic Life Support certification; Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The role involves working in a high-acuity environment with a focus on high-risk labor and delivery care. Experience in high-risk obstetrics is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must have or obtain the ACLS certification prior to start date.
