Radiologic Technologist I - Full Time + Sign On Bonus

Medstar Health at Lafayette Centre is currently seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist for a full‑time position at our outpatient imaging center located in Washington DC. Job Summary Performs radiographic procedures and related techniques, producing images for interpretation by licensed independent practitioners. Ensures services are performed safely and in compliance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements. Works as part of the imaging center team and provides feedback to improve clinical practice. Salary & Benefits Competitive base pay. Requirements Experience : Minimum 2 years as a Radiography Technologist. Education : Minimum Associate Degree in Radiology or graduate of an accredited two‑year radiology program. License/Certification : Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography and maintaining current registration. Must meet state licensure requirements and obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of hire. Skills and Abilities : Skilled in operating radiographic and ancillary equipment; able to work independently and multitask; provides accurate and concise documentation; understands human anatomy, physiology, pathology, radiopharmacology, and medical terminology; proficient with computer applications including information and billing systems, keyboard input, digital archiving, and data retrieval.
