Client Care Coordinator

Are you a compassionate professional with a heart for helping others? Home Instead is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our dedicated team! In this vital role, you'll ensure that seniors receive the highest level of care, comfort, and consistency - all from the place they love most: home. What You'll Do Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and their families Travel throughout our service territory to meet new clients, conduct in-home consultations, and sign clients up for services Create and oversee personalized care plans to ensure every client's needs are met Conduct ongoing visits to monitor satisfaction and quality of care Communicate and collaborate with Care Professionals to deliver top-quality service Address client or caregiver concerns promptly and compassionately Participate in the on-call rotation to support clients and caregivers outside of normal business hours What We're Looking For Excellent communication and organizational skills A caring, customer-service mindset Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or client relations (preferred) Ability to multitask and travel within our service area as needed Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor Flexibility to assist with after-hours calls when scheduled If you're ready to bring your heart to work and make an impact, and help us enhance the lives of aging adults in our community. #J-18808-Ljbffr
