At Luxor Staffing, we grow by providing growth opportunities for our employers and our employees. We are currently seeking a  Bilingual Branch Manager!Weekly pay, possible overtime, direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

As the  Branch Manager,  you will have the opportunity to lead our office and provide temporary and direct hire workers to our clients while exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities:

· Manage other Branch employees; ensure that goals, operating procedures and performance metrics are met.

· Build and maintain our clients within your office’s designated territory.

· Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees

· On-board and train new employees

· Implement company culture, values and policies

· Provide management with requested reports and documents

· Investigate and document employee accidents and incidents

· Coordinate events focused on employee recognition

· Accurately maintain employee files

Qualifications:

· 5+ years’ experience in staffing required

· Must be able to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as business demands fluctuate

· Excellent attendance required

· Must have excellent attention to detail

· Exceptional verbal/written communication, listening, and presentation skills

· Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle on a daily basis

· Bilingual in English and Spanish required
