Psychiatry Medical Director, Employed Multi-specialty Group

(Physician/MD qualifications required) Medical Director - A multi-specialty physician group offering an integrated continuum of health services throughout southeastern Massachusetts, Rhode Island and surrounding area is seeking a Psychiatry Medical Director. Group is seeking an experienced psychiatrist with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, with proven outcomes in growth and program development and quality and safety improvement.
The Medical Director will assume clinical, administrative, and managerial responsibility to include 70% clinical and 30% administrative responsibilities. Clinical responsibilities include providing clinical consults at hospital and the availability to provide consults at our locations if needed. The Medical Director will partner with the Executive Director for Behavioral Health Services and Chief Operating Officer in overseeing behavioral health services, serve on various hospital committees and initiating and maintaining ongoing Performance Improvement initiatives. Medical Director will receive a competitive compensation and benefits package.
