Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and flexible Support Staff member to assist throughout the center. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children of all ages and thrives in a team-oriented environment. The Support Staff (Float) helps classrooms run smoothly by assisting teachers, covering breaks, and supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in classrooms as needed 
• Provide coverage for staff breaks and absences 
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment 
• Support children’s daily routines (meals, transitions, activities, etc.) 
• Engage positively with children through play and interaction 
• Help with classroom setup, cleanup, and daily tasks 
• Follow all licensing and safety regulations 
• Work collaboratively with all staff and administration 
• Step into different classrooms and adapt as needed 

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children (preferred but not required) 
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn 
• Strong teamwork and communication skills 
• Flexible and able to adapt to different age groups and classroom needs 
• Ability to meet state licensing requirements
