Key Responsibilities: Define and implement ITSM architecture and strategy Integrate ITSM with ITOM, observability, and SDLC processes Provide recommendations for user feedback collection and service enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery Ensure best practices, governance, and compliance across ITSM processes Required Skills: ITSM Certification (mandatory) Strong experience in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) Knowledge of ITOM, observability, and CI/CD practices Experience in stakeholder management and solution design
