Charge Nurse

TGH Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a Charge Nurse to lead shift operations on our inpatient rehabilitation unit. The Charge Nurse coordinates interdisciplinary care for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, and other complex conditions. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, managing patient assignments and acuity, and ensuring safe, high-quality clinical care. The role provides direct patient care, supports care planning with therapists and physicians, and mentors team members in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
