Routing/Switching BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Redistribution, PVST+, RPVST Cisco ACI Cisco DNAC Aruba WLAN SDWAN (Versa or Meraki) any one of the flavors Arista/Juniper switching and routing. Cloud Infrastructure Azure/GCP Networking/Security are key skills with 2 years of experience and minimum 8 years of experience in networking domain Azure vWAN, Fortinet NVAs design and its operations. Network Automation VMware NSX-T, VRNI, VCF, VMC (3-4 years of experience) F5 Load Balancer (3-4 years of minimum exp) Infoblox (3-4 years of exp) NetScalar (3-4 year of exp)
To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans
To independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team
To provide support for on call escalations or L3 level support and doing incident and problem management
Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviews or participation in hiring drives
