Refrigeration Field Service Technician

Compensation
$38.00 – $45.00/hour + full benefits
Our client is a leading provider of commercial refrigeration and food equipment services across New England. Known for quality service and steady growth, they are looking to add a skilled Field Service Technician to their team. What You’ll Do
- Travel to client sites to diagnose and repair refrigeration and ice machines
- Complete accurate work orders and service documentation
- Coordinate parts ordering and installation
- Maintain an organized service vehicle and inventory
- Troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions
- Work with manufacturers on advanced diagnostics
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide service recommendations
What You Bring
- 5+ years of refrigeration or related equipment experience
- EPA certification
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with gas, electric, plumbing, or steam systems (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work
- Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills
