Horizon Program - Physician opportunity: Augusta, ME 1 Hr to Portland Position Details

• Part-time; 25 hours per week
• Seeking a physician with a passion for innovation and team development to join the Horizon Program.
• This role is ideal for physicians interested in expanding their influence, improving care delivery, and contributing to organizational decision-making.
• This position may also offer the potential for a successful physician to progress into a balance of clinical and leadership responsibilities.
• As a Physician in an affiliated medical practice, provides medical services to patients in an assigned area.
About the Horizon Program:
• The Horizon Program provides a complete range of quality medical and social services to all identified HIV-positive persons in central and mid-coast Maine.
• This includes the Horizon Clinic - one-stop access to primary care, mental health services, case managers and others - offering an easy way to meet many needs and to get questions answered all at once, saving time, energy and expense.
• We offer case management services for people with HIV or AIDS.

Qualifications:
• MD or DO Degree
• Board-certified or Board-eligible

• Located in scenic central Maine, just a short drive away from ski resorts, lakes and rivers, award-winning golf courses, abundant hiking trails, and the beautiful Maine coast.
• Just an hour north of Portland, Maines largest city, and three hours from Boston.
