Location: Holton Manor – Elkhorn, WI (on-siteposition) Status: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN Schedule: Days | PMs | NOCs | Weekends – True Flexible scheduling - you choose what fits your schedule __________________________________ Job Summary: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide patient/resident care as required under the direct supervision of the licensed nurse. The CNA at Holton Manor completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Implements plan of care developed by the Registered Nurse based on patient/resident physical, psychosocial, cultural, ethnic and religious/spiritual needs. Provides direct patient/resident care and reports condition and changes to RN or LPN. Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks. Document results of patient/resident care within established policies, procedures and scope of practice. Nutritional care. Effective communication with residents and family. Completes all other duties as assigned. __________________________________ Qualifications: Required: Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity. Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements. Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: Previous hospital or long-term care or skilled nursing experience.
