divh2Job Title/h2pThe role performs a variety of repetitive tasks to assemble products or subassemblies according to clearly defined methods and sequences. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written instructions and diagrams. Assemblers may work independently or as part of a team, often collaborating with engineers to ensure product quality and process efficiency./ph3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliPrevious experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment./liliAbility to read and interpret technical drawings or schematics./liliExperience working in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement setting./li/ulh3Accountability/h3ulliFollow basic safety practices (awareness of different rules for different work areas). Follow PPE requirements./liliDemonstrate attention to detail. Retain nuances in different building processes./liliBasic assembly knowledge. Manual Dexterity. Willing to take directions from peers in addition to supervisors./liliCapability to comprehend and follow work instructions.
