Federal ServiceNow Scrum Master

Salary: $66,000 - 106,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with at least five years of ServiceNow project management experience leading application development teams in the delivery of ServiceNow solutions; U.S. federal government consulting experience is preferred.
• We require a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
• We need a strong understanding of Agile practices and methodologies, including the ability to write user stories effectively and break larger stories into smaller components.
• Experience with requirements elicitation or configuring the ServiceNow platform is needed.
• We value experience using business analysis tools and techniques to design and deliver business change.
• Familiarity with implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform is required.
• You must be able to travel as needed to support our firm engagements.
• The applicant must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government clearance.

• We will have you perform Scrum Master responsibilities, including identifying business needs, planning business analysis activities, analyzing stakeholders, managing change activities, and defining requirements and design.
• We will have you facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• You will lead business process definition, re-engineering, improvement efforts, and gap analysis of current and future-state processes with key customer sponsors and stakeholders.
• You will serve as a liaison between business owners, end users, and IT partners to ensure a coordinated approach, comprehensive solutions, and strong delivery outcomes.
• You will work with stakeholders, focus groups, and end users to analyze, assess, and develop business use cases and process models that translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• You will guide the movement of requirements from the product backlog into sprint planning, maintaining a structured, connected view of business and functional needs at a detailed level.
• You will keep requirements documentation current so that approved business requirements, use cases, process flows, and reporting requirements remain accurate.
• You will track progress and deadlines across each application development team and address potential bottlenecks or issues that could affect project timelines.
• You will coordinate and rank the backlog of user stories and tasks for each business analyst to ensure alignment with project priorities and goals.
