As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will assume responsibility and accountability for: Facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient. Promoting the optimal health, well‑being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrating personal accountability for relationship‑based care, organizational mission, and core values. Job Requirements In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified nursing candidates will need the following: Education Requirements Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or endorsement by equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RNs. Experience Requirements One year experience preferred. Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to the specialty. One year NICU level 2 or 3 experience preferred. Mom‑Baby and transition experience preferred. Licenses/Certification Requirements RN License required; current state nursing license or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact. Physical Requirements Medium work: exert up to 50 lbs force occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly. Sign‑On Bonus & Relocation Assistance Qualified external applicants with at least six months of direct RN experience are eligible for a $20,000 sign‑on bonus. Depending on your location, you may be eligible for up to $8,000 in relocation assistance. Eligibility requires a full‑time or part‑time position; PRN positions are not eligible. Pay Range $33.15 – $59.67 per hour. Where You’ll Work St. Anthony North Hospital, located in Westminster, offers a 7‑9 bed Level 2 NICU and provides cross‑training opportunities to PP and transition RN roles. The facility includes a Level III Trauma Center, ambulatory surgery, birthing center, and an outpatient diagnostic center. #J-18808-Ljbffr
