Manufacturing Technician I
Location: Plymouth, MN - 100% Onsite
Pay Range: $20/hr to $24/hr on W2
Job Details
- Identify, analyze, and implement manufacturing improvements to enhance production efficiency.
- Maintain existing equipment and develop new tooling and fixtures to support manufacturing processes.
- Assist in writing technical reports and support new product introductions and validations.
- Troubleshoot issues related to catheter assembly and diagnose part problems to ensure quality standards.
- Train assemblers and support engineers with occasional minor project work to improve overall team performance.
What's Needed?
- 1-3 years of experience with equipment repair, maintenance, and production line support preferred.
- High school diploma or GED minimum required.
- Medical assembly experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a team environment during the first shift, Monday through Thursday, 10-hour days.
