Role Description The Property Attendant role at WoodSpring Suites is a full-time position based in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, the Property Attendant helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces. Daily responsibilities may include performing light maintenance tasks, handling room turnovers, restocking supplies, and reporting any repair or safety needs to management. The Property Attendant supports front desk and operations teams by assisting guests with basic requests, providing information about hotel amenities, and helping ensure that brand standards are consistently met. This position plays a key part in delivering a positive guest experience and upholding WoodSpring Suites reputation for reliable extended-stay hospitality.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in property management or facility upkeep, with the ability to support the daily operations of an extended-stay hotel.
• Awareness of investments or cost-conscious property care, helping maintain the property efficiently while managing resources responsibly.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional, courteous approach to interacting with guests and team members.
• Ability to perform light maintenance, housekeeping, and physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Reliable time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Previous experience in hospitality, facilities, or property maintenance is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
