Their West Hartford office is a group of many tenured staff members that work very collaboratively. They're in the office every day 9:00-5:00 but could be flexible for 8:30-4:30 if that works better for a candidate.Job DescriptionPrepare and manage correspondence, reports, and legal documents for fiduciary accountants. Organize and maintain files, records, and other documentation with a high degree of accuracy. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and fiduciary accountings. Handle incoming calls and communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Work collaboratively with other team members to support department goals. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Experience with TurboCourt, tax documents, or Trust, Estates or Probate exposure is strongly preferred. Notary certification strongly preferred (otherwise will become a notary in this role!). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team objectives.What's On OfferSalary ranging from $55,000 to $70,000 annually based on experience.
