Director of Child Wellness & Stabilization

Overview The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Director of Child Wellness & Stabilization to lead our brand-new Child Wellness Center. The Director of Child Wellness & Stabilization is responsible for the overall financial, operational, and programmatic management of The Buckeye Ranch’s Child Wellness Campus and Stabilization Center. The role ensures that all aspects of resident care are delivered in accordance with Buckeye Ranch policies and procedures, as well as established licensure and certification standards. The position ensures services are aligned with system of care principles and actively participates in the Child Wellness Regional Advisory Council. It collaborates with local system partners to support residents and develops coordinated transition plans that promote stability and permanency. The role provides oversight of daily operations across all shifts, coordinates program functions with other departments, and contributes to program development, implementation, and evaluation. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Responsibilities Provide overall financial, operational, and programmatic management of the Child Wellness Campus and Stabilization Center. Ensure resident care is delivered in accordance with Buckeye Ranch policies, procedures, licensure, and certification standards. Align services with system of care principles and participate in the Child Wellness Regional Advisory Council. Collaborate with local system partners to support residents and develop coordinated transition plans that promote stability and permanency. Oversee daily operations across all shifts; coordinate program functions with other departments; contribute to program development, implementation, and evaluation. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a human service or healthcare administration related field; Master’s degree preferred. At least five years of relevant behavioral health experience. At least three years of relevant supervisory experience. Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
