BrightStar Care is currently seeking compassionate and skilled LVNs to join our team in Prosper, TX. We are specifically looking for nurses with wound vac experience who are confident providing high-quality, attentive care in the home setting.

Responsibilities:

Wound vac management and monitoring

Skilled nursing care in the home setting

Medication administration and treatments

Monitoring and documenting patient condition

Communicating with physicians, families, and care teams

Ensuring patient comfort, safety, and quality of care

Requirements:

Current Texas LVN license in good standing

Wound vac experience required

Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Home health or private duty experience preferred

Current CPR certification preferred

Reliable transportation
