Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour (DOE)

Hours - 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST / Full Time or Part-Time Option Available

Are you a people-oriented professional who enjoys recruiting, customer service, and helping others find meaningful employment opportunities? We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting team in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and manage inbound candidate calls/emails/texts
Screen and qualify applicants through phone interviews and online applications
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
Assist with recruiting efforts and applicant flow management
Post job openings on job boards, social media, and community sites
Monitor onboarding documents and ensure completion of hiring requirements
Perform data entry and maintain accurate candidate records
Administer employment assessments as needed
Support additional recruiting and administrative projects

Qualifications:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
Minimum 1 year of customer service, recruiting, or administrative experience
Strong typing and data entry skills with the ability to listen and type simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong customer service focus
