As an Activity Assistant at Marie's Manor, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by creating meaningful and engaging experiences that promote socialization, recreation, and overall well-being. Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents, including arts and crafts, games, outings, and social events

• Build relationships with residents to understand their preferences and tailor activities to meet their unique needs and abilities

• Collaborate with the activities director to develop and implement activity programs that promote socialization, recreation, and relaxation

• Administer activities and programs in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as Marie's Manor policies and procedures

• Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and resident participation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience in activity direction or a related field is preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
