18 Class A CDL Driver Entry Level drivers will be hired this week

Have you just got your Class A CDL, but have no driving experience and no one will hire you? We will. To qualify you must have attended an accredited Academy for at least 120 hours within the last 2 years.

We have 18 positions for Class A drivers with no experienced, like yourself, which offers great pay, great benefits and many home time options.

In addition we have many different division opportunities, such as dry van, reefer, tanker and flatbed. For your first 30 days of training you will be paid a salary of 650.00 per week. After training your paycheck will go up to $1200-$1400 on average. 

We're also offering CDL academy tuition assistance available for those who paid out of pocket to go to school. Offering up to $1,000.

The application and hiring process is easy.

• After we received your application, we will reach out to you and have a phone interview to pre-qualify you. Once we determine that you qualify, we will then review all of the details with you and move you forward with the application process.
• After this, we will help you fill out part 1 of our online application. Then email you a link to finish part 2 on your own.
• We then submit your application to a processor administrator for review. You will then be contacted regarding your approval.
• Once you are approved, you will be scheduled for orientation. You are scheduled for orientation to the closest terminal in your area. We will take care of your travel and reserve a hotel room for you. Breakfast is provided at the hotel and lunch will be taken care of.
• Once orientation is completed, you will officially be hired and start with a driver trainer for 4 weeks traveling all over the US. During training you will not come home at all. This training period is similar to basic training in the Army. You will be paid $650 a week during this time.
• After your training, you will then meet with a fleet manager to choose a position that you desire. You will then become a solo driver and move into a FT position. Your pay will increase to anywhere from $1,200 - $1,400+ per week (depending on the run you choose) Home times will vary depending on the run. (OTR, regional and local)
• At this point you will also be eligible for our full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401k retirement, $10k in company paid life insurance, disability insurance and paid vacation.

• Must be able to pass all background checks
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have attended an accredited 120 Driving Academy within the last 2 years
• Be able to pass all dot related tests including hair or urine
• Have an excellent dmv report with no pending tickets no recent accidents
• Have a Class A License and DOT physical in good standing
• Be able to start within the next few weeks
