Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility for your work-life balance while allowing you to contribute to patient care from anywhere in Arizona. As an integral part of our Detox Center, you will communicate regularly with multi-disciplinary teams, including physicians, counselors, and other healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments for clients seeking detox services, determining their individual needs and crafting personalized recovery plans.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to the specific circumstances of clients.
\n
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
\n
• Engage actively with families, offering support and guidance to empower them in their loved ones' recovery process.
\n
• Adhere strictly to all Federal and State regulations related to mental health and detox services.
\n
• Foster meaningful relationships with clients, helping to create an environment conducive to healing and personal growth.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Principles to ensure that treatment strategies are grounded in best practices.
\n
• Offer ongoing education and support to families, equipping them with essential skills to aid their loved ones in the recovery journey.
\n
• Promote and participate in training sessions focused on the coaching model and natural environment teaching strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our Detox Center, you will primarily work with adults battling substance dependence and addiction. Your focus will be on early intervention and recovery, providing a holistic approach that considers both mental health and social dynamics. Your role will encompass not just one-on-one counseling but also extensive family involvement, ensuring comprehensive support systems are in place.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Active LCSW licensure from the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license.

• At least one year of professional experience in social work, specifically related to substance abuse or early intervention.
