Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude who are seeking the opportunity to be employed as a Pharmacy Technician in a Retail Pharmacy setting. Candidates must be hard working, flexible, highly professional, responsible, possess excellent customer service and computer skills. High School Diploma required Candidates must be willing to take a drug test and a background check. Must meet our value of going beyond to help our customers. The role of the Pharmacy Tech includes:

• Computer skills
• People oriented personality
• Prescription intake, entry and review
• Pulling medication from stock or shelves
• Label, count and pour prescriptions appropriately
• Offer pharmacist counseling to patients on prescription medication usage and interactions
• Operate medication compliance packaging machine
• Enter and verify insurance information
• Coordinate with insurance companies
• Interpret medication orders

Experience / Requirements:

• Pharmacy experience is required
• Ability to pass drug test.
• Minimum age of 18 years old as required by state law.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to preserve confidentiality of information.
• Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects.
