They are seeking a CNC Milling Machinist to join their team. Your day-to-day as a CNC Milling Machinist: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements. Operate CNC horizontal and vertical milling machines to produce precision components. Use measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify part accuracy. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure smooth production. Collaborate with team members to improve manufacturing processes and maintain safety standards. Keep work areas clean and organized while following lean manufacturing practices. Your skills and experience: Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding mechanical drawings. Minimum 3 years of experience setting up and operating CNC milling equipment. Strong math skills and familiarity with machining techniques. Experienced in using calipers, micrometers, and various hand tools. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and assembly processes.
