Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced registered nurses for emergency room positions to provide critical patient care in a fast-paced environment. The role requires adherence to state licensing and certification requirements, along with flexibility for shift rotations and travel policies.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency nursing care following established standards and protocols.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately within the designated EHR system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with certification, licensing, and background policies prior to assignment.
• Complete required training modules during orientation, ensuring timely completion of non-billable and billable hours.

Qualifications:

• Hold current CA RN licensure with active BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of recent ER nursing experience, including weekend shifts.
• Possess strong clinical skills in emergency care and proficient charting experience, preferably with Epic.
• Be available for lab work within 3-5 days of offer acceptance and have recent work verifications.
• Comply with travel and background screening policies, providing necessary documentation upfront.
