Dedicated CDL-A Driver - $2,000 Summer Retention Bonus + Hourly Pay

Dedicated CDL-A Driver – Regional Retail Fleet – Earn Up to $133K+ ($29.00 - $31.00/Hr + OT)

Looking for a high-paying, home weekly dedicated position that keeps you active? Our dedicated retail fleet out of Ridgefield, WA is hiring dedicated regional drivers to service stores across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Western Montana. Expect to average 2 to 4 loads per week with 3 to 4 stops per load. All drivers will hand-unload trailers using roller systems, no stop pay or unload pay, but you get paid for EVERY hour worked on the clock!

Pay Breakdown & Overtime:

Weekly Average: $2,100/week ($109,320/year average)

Top 10% Weekly: $2,570/week ($133,640/year top tier)

Hourly Base: $29.00 – $30.50/hr (0–48 mos experience) | $31.00/hr (49–200 mos experience)

Overtime Pay: Paid Overtime (OT) after 40 hours weekly, drivers run the full clock!

Bonuses: Safe & On-Time Bonus + Special Limited Summer Retention Bonus!

Summer Retention Bonus (Up to $2,000 Extra!):

Bonus Amounts: Earn up to $2,000 per bonus period

Periods: May 18 – June 27 | June 28 – August 15 (Paid on August 15 if eligible)

Eligibility Rules: Must be assigned and active on account by July 27. Must work at least 3 weeks (prorated). Must be solo in your own truck, planned & available (P&A), with no preventable accidents, claims, call-outs, or driver-caused service failures. (Up to 1 week unpaid vacation allowed per period).

Schedule & Parking:

Home Time: Guaranteed 34-hour reset weekly (reset days vary). (Note: Less time off during peak holiday season, additional time off available during slower periods).

Shift Profile: Both day and night shifts with flexible dispatch times.

Facility Address: 8400 South Union Ridge Parkway, Ridgefield, WA 98642.

Parking Rule: Drivers living >50 miles from Ridgefield must have a safe, authorized parking location.

Background & Driver Requirements:

License & Medical: Valid Class A CDL with a current DOT Medical Card.

Minimum Experience: 3+ months of verifiable Class A CDL experience required.

Driving Record (MVR): Clean driving record with no major violations (DUI, reckless driving) in the past 3 years.

Drug & Background Check: Must pass pre-employment DOT drug screening, Clearinghouse check, and employment history verification.

Experience: CDL-A experience required (reefer experience preferred).

Location & Shift: Must live within 50 miles of Seattle, WA, 25 miles of Eugene, OR, or 50 miles of Portland, OR. Must have reliable personal transport and be comfortable with hand-unloading trailers via rollers.
