Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 - 75,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives
- Medical, dental, vision, FSA and HSA
- 401(k) with match
- Annual CEU budget of $1,500 annually

- Pre-Independently licensed in VA (working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
- Experience in direct clinical care (Internship experience counts)
- Strong communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician
- Provide outpatient therapy to a diverse client population
- Build skills using evidence-based approaches
- Work with anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and more
- Participate in supervision and team collaboration
