Position Overview Provide dedicated one-on-one classroom support to a student with specialized educational and personal care needs throughout the school day. Assist with daily living activities, including feeding, mobility support, positioning, and personal care, while promoting student comfort, safety, and independence. Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement individualized learning and behavioral support strategies. Maintain flexibility to assist in other classrooms or assignments as needed while fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; applicable background clearance required prior to employment Previous experience supporting students with special needs, including behavioral and/or autism spectrum disorders, preferred Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Why Join Cross Country Education?
