Industrial Mechanic / Maintenance Mechanic

1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Temp-to-Hire | Competitive Pay Based on Experience

Established manufacturing company in Pompano Beach is seeking an Industrial Mechanic / Maintenance Mechanic to support production equipment, perform machine setups, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and complete preventive maintenance on stamping press equipment and tooling.

Responsibilities:

• Set up production equipment, stamping presses, and tooling
• Perform machine changeovers and die changes
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment
• Conduct preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
• Read blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and hand tools
• Maintain quality, safety, and production standards

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hand tools and measuring equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• HVAC, diesel, automotive, manufacturing maintenance, or machine repair experience welcomed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pompano Beach, FL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
