What You'll Do as a Quality Assurance Associate:

• Execute precision inspections of export containers, ensuring they are properly staged, loaded, and secured according to company standards.
• Manage detailed photo-documentation and reporting to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of every shipment.
• Oversee the manifesting and sealing process for outbound cargo to maintain strict compliance and security.
• Utilize modern RF devices and tablets to track inventory movements and reconcile container data in real-time.
• Maintain a proactive focus on safety protocols to protect both your teammates and the high-value inventory we handle.

Skills and Experience

• Mastery of SOPs related to inspecting, staging, and manifesting export containers.
• Comfort and efficiency operating RF scanners and tablet-based inventory systems.
• Strong understanding of documentation practices with a commitment to 100% accuracy.
• A positive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to assist across multiple roles to ensure operational success.
• Dedication to following all safety guidelines in a fast-paced logistics environment.
