We are seeking an ERP Administrator to support and maintain the SyteLine ERP system in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ERP administration, integrations, troubleshooting, reporting, and user support while ensuring system stability and data integrity. Responsibilities Support daily operations of the SyteLine ERP system and integrations Troubleshoot ERP, API, and integration issues Maintain user access, security roles, and system updates Develop and support reports, forms, and workflows using Mongoose Support integrations with Salesforce, UPS/WorldShip, Avalara, Birst, and Factory Track Assist with production-floor systems, reporting, and label printing Work with vendors and internal teams on enhancements and issue resolution Maintain documentation and provide user support/training Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 4+ years of ERP administration/support experience Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Experience supporting manufacturing ERP systems Strong communication and collaboration abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) Knowledge of APIs, IDOs, and ERP integrations Familiarity with Birst or Power BI Experience with ERP upgrades, migrations, or legacy systems such as IQMS Manufacturing industry experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Index Search
