(CIFC), is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Pediatric APRN / Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. As a community health Pediatric APRN / Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care services to infants, children, and adolescents in our community. You will work with a team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment to provide the best care possible to our patients.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive primary care services to infants, children, and adolescentsConduct well-child visits, sick visits, and follow-up visitsDevelop and implement treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic conditionsMonitor and manage patient medications and referrals to specialistsEducate patients and their families on preventative care and healthy lifestyle choicesParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient careCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal care to patientsMentor clinical staff to support all aspects of careRequirements:Masters of NursingActive RN License in the state of ConnecticutActive APRN License in the state of ConnecticutPediatric Experience; at least 2 years strongly preferredExperience with Electronic Medical Records strongly preferredBilingual candidates preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionalsCompassionate and patient-centered approach to careCommitment to providing high-quality care to underserved communitiesBenefits:Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
