Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our clients team. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions. Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in a timely manner. Maintain maintenance logs and report on activities. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist with the installation and maintenance of machinery and equipment. Conduct inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus. Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
