Applicants for the VP of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in restaurant operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a franchise environment. A consistent record of meeting operational commitments is essential, and experience in restaurant marketing is a plus.
