Respiratory Therapist

The Respiratory Therapist provides respiratory and pulmonary therapy, management, and rehabilitation under the direction of a doctor. The Respiratory Therapist treats conditions that affect the pulmonary system and help patients who are having trouble breathing from infants to the elderly in a variety of health care settings.

Details of Assignment: Adult Patients. 36 hours per week, weekends (up to every other). and holidays as needed

Charting System: Epic

Client Interview Required: Yes

Client Interview Details: Phone interview. Feedback 72-96hrs

Minimum Experience

Minimum Experience and Certification Required: 2 years as RRT-NC License

Facility Details

Orientation: Every other Monday

First Day Instructions: Sent after clearance

Uniform Color / Dress Code: Red/Black/Grey, no designs unless working in Peds areas

Time Keeping: Kronos

Classroom Size: N/A

Facility Info / Selling Points: Level 1 trauma facility
