Sales Manager

Job Summary Sales Manager – La‑Z‑Boy Furniture Galleries in Tukwila, WA. Responsible for driving store sales, leading a high‑performing sales team, and delivering an exceptional luxury client experience. Key Responsibilities Achieve or surpass store and individual sales goals and operating benchmarks. Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to sales staff to improve sales techniques and customer service. Promote the in‑home design program and champion the selling process on the sales floor. Ensure the store layout, product presentation, and employee interactions reflect the brand’s image and standards. Support planning and execution of sales promotions, events, and marketing initiatives. Resolve customer concerns and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. Collaborate with support teams to ensure operational excellence. Compensation Training pay: $22.00 per hour for 2‑6 weeks (no commission). Base salary: $26,000 per year. Commission: uncapped 1–6% on written sales, increasing with performance. Monthly bonus opportunity up to $1,500 based on store sales goals.
