Works alongside the Director to support the daily operations of ICU/IMC units, oversee patient flow coordination, ensure adequate staffing levels, maintain budget adherence, and assist in preparing performance reviews. Holds full accountability and responsibility for the assigned unit on a 24-hour basis. Work Experience Education & Training: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. as an RN in the state of Maryland. Bachelors' degree in Nursing is required; Nursing Administration or clinical certification preferred. Work Orientation & Experience: The Nurse Manager has a minimum of three years of recent nursing experience in an acute care setting; including one (1) year Charge Nurse experience. e) demonstrate the following skills: planning, decision-making, delegating and coaching; Full-Time Days (7am-7:30pm) Pay Range: $54.42 - $81.64/hr.
