Advanced Clinical Delivery: Master and deliver complex inpatient therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis. Team Collaboration: Partner with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff to monitor patients, adjust treatments, and ensure quality outcomes. You'll also oversee patient care with the support of dedicated Patient Care Technicians (PCTs). What You Bring to the Team: Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg is a huge plus, but not required! CNN/CDN certification preferred.
