Supervisory Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job TitleJob TitleDutiesDuties of the position include, but are not limited to:Assists in establishing a completely integrated patient care program.Organizes work, delegate tasks, evaluate performance, manage fiscal matters, and meet multiple deadlines.Supervises and manages subordinate employees.Skilled in interpersonal relationships including conflict resolution.Establishes and monitors standards and priorities for production and patient care.Skilled in recommending improvements to operations based on evaluation of data.Manages, directs, or assists in managing or directing, one or more programs to deliver health care services to Veterans. Assumes a high level of supervision of a large, complex section and, as necessary, provides supervision to subordinate supervisors.Directly contributes to the administrative management of VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS) and is the principal advisor for planning, organizing, developing, managing, and evaluating the program under their supervision.Applies specialized principles and practices of health care management in leading programs.Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pmCompressed/Flexible: Not AuthorizedTelework: Not AuthorizedVirtual: This is not a virtual position.Relocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not AuthorizedPermanent Change of Station (PCS): Not Authorized
