Dental Assistant - Mequon, WI

Sparta Networking is seeking experienced Dental Assistants to support one of the leading dental clinics in the area. This organization is known for its strong clinical standards, patient-focused care, and professional team environment.

Assignments may be short-term, long-term, or per diem depending on operational needs.

We are looking for dependable professionals who can step into a clinical setting, adapt quickly, and contribute immediately while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant
• Active CPR certification

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures
• Provide chairside assistance, including instrument transfer and material preparation
• Take and process dental radiographs (if certified)
• Maintain sterilization and operatory turnover in compliance with safety standards
• Assist with impressions and general clinical support
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• Support the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow
