In this role, you will contribute to roughly 15 – 20 deliveries of CO2 products and related supplies to established customers along assigned routes while supporting each unit to advance our goal of operating excellently and sustainably. Support the transfer of product from the Airgas truck to the customer tank through hose hookup. Support the safety of our fleet by reviewing vehicles before and after use according to DOT and company maintenance checklists. Support the loading of Microbulk tanks and filling customer-owned Microbulk tanks as assigned. Partner with field service technicians on CO2 tank installations & repair work to reach shared goals. Collaborate to maintain DOT, SAFECOR, and Airgas vehicle documents, helping our team stay accurate and compliant. Nurture the safe working order of the route truck and ensure routine maintenance occurs on a timely basis. Are you a MATCH? Required Qualifications Valid Class A CDL or B CDL with HAZMAT, tanker & Airbrake endorsements Maintain appropriate driver’s license, medical card & endorsements No more than two traffic convictions or two at-fault accidents in the last 3 years; or a combination of one traffic conviction and one at-fault accident in the last 3 years No driving under the influence within the last seven years Must be able to work in a drug-free environment Be able to regularly lift 75 lbs and move more than 125 lbs with aid of equipment Must have 1 year of CDL driving experience in the last 5 years or provide proof of a trucking school completion in the last 5 years Preferred Qualifications Experience driving CO2 or any specialty gas experience is a plus but not required Benefits We care about and support our Airgas Families.
